The Pinch bench with two seating modules and an integrated planter module is a contemporary smart urban furniture element designed according to the principles of Inclusive Design. Its unique, organically curved shape ensures maximum comfort and accessibility for all users, regardless of their physical abilities. Thanks to the 360° usage concept, the bench becomes not only a comfortable resting place but also a distinctive public space element where relaxation, green infrastructure, social interaction and modern technologies are harmoniously combined.

The PINCH collection concept is based on the idea of “pinching” the classic rectangular city bench structure in the centre, creating a refined geometry with naturally formed open and closed spaces. This design solution gives the bench a unique visual identity while also allowing people with reduced mobility to use the bench comfortably and independently together with other visitors.

The combination of two seating modules and one integrated planter module creates a functional urban element where comfortable seating and a natural green accent are harmoniously combined. The integrated planter provides the possibility to add plants, flowers or decorative greenery to the environment, making the bench not only a resting area but also an aesthetic landscape architecture solution.

The minimalist yet expressive design allows the bench to be easily adapted to various environments – city squares, parks, pedestrian zones, business centre areas, university campuses, public institutions, residential neighbourhoods and modern landscape architecture projects.

The bench structure is made of durable laser-cut galvanized steel, ensuring long service life, stability and resistance to intensive use in public spaces. The internal structure is additionally reinforced with galvanized steel profiles and adjustable supports, allowing precise levelling during installation. The seating parts are made of high-quality shaped Okoumé wood profiles, characterised by resistance to environmental impact, durability and a natural aesthetic appearance.

The integrated planter module is made of galvanized steel and is designed for plants, flowers or decorative greenery. This solution allows the creation of a more welcoming, sustainable and visually attractive public space where urban infrastructure naturally integrates with the green environment.

A USB charging socket integrated on one side of the bench with a protective cover allows convenient charging of mobile devices directly in public spaces. All electronic components are safely integrated into an internal compartment protected from environmental impact. Upon individual request, the bench can be equipped with a Wireless (Qi) charging module and WiFi function, providing additional convenience for users of modern cities.

Customisation and resistance for various environments

To adapt to different architectural and aesthetic requirements, the steel structure parts in the standard version are painted in Agate Grey RAL 7038, while the planter module is finished in Intense Black RAL 9005 colour.

Upon individual request, the bench can be painted in any RAL colour or equipped with special finishing solutions, allowing the product to be perfectly adapted to a specific architectural project, urban identity or landscape design concept.

The structure is coated with thermosetting powder coatings, providing high resistance to corrosion, UV radiation, weather conditions and ensuring a long service life.

These products are perfect for use outdoors and indoors, for public and private projects, parks, city squares, interior or exterior areas of shopping malls, café terraces, private properties, fast food restaurants, leisure centers, recreational areas, schools, kindergartens, etc.

Wood:

• Okoume is a lightweight and durable tropical wood originating from African regions. It features a uniform, fine texture, a light pink to yellowish-brown color, and minimal knotting, giving it a modern and aesthetic appearance. Due to its good stability, flexibility, and low weight, Okoume is widely used in the production of street and urban furniture such as benches, tables, playground equipment, as well as yacht decks and shipbuilding. It is also commonly used for high-quality plywood, furniture, facades, and outdoor equipment. Okoume is easy to process and well suited for milling, gluing, and painting, making it highly valued by architects, designers, and manufacturers.
• The products are impregnated with oil 3 times or lacquered and prepared for outdoor use. Colors: Available color variants from the manufacturer.

Metal:

• Galvanized steel. Painted metal (RAL colors from the manufacturer’s provided variants).
• The metal is primed with an anti-corrosive zinc primer and coated with powder paint suitable for outdoor conditions (colors can be chosen from the manufacturer’s RAL palette).

Bolts:

• Bolts and connecting details are made from galvanized steel.

Installation / Mounting:

• Small architecture products: metal benches, loungers, stands, bike racks, trash bins, etc., are either concreted into the ground or anchored to a solid base.
• Freestanding on a solid surface.
