Pinch bench with a seating module and integrated planter is a modern smart urban bench designed according to the principles of Inclusive Design. Its unique, organically curved form ensures maximum accessibility and comfort for all users, regardless of their physical abilities. Thanks to its 360° usage concept, the bench becomes not only a place to rest but also a distinctive urban feature where relaxation, green infrastructure and advanced technologies come together.

The minimalist yet expressive design allows the bench to blend effortlessly into a wide range of urban environments – modern city squares, parks, pedestrian areas, business districts, university campuses, public institutions and newly developed residential neighbourhoods. The integrated planter provides the opportunity to enrich public spaces with plants, flowers or decorative greenery, creating a more attractive, welcoming and sustainable urban environment.

The concept of the PINCH collection is based on the idea of "pinching" the classic urban bench shape, creating a refined geometry with naturally formed open and enclosed spaces. This design solution gives the product a distinctive visual identity while allowing people with reduced mobility to use the bench comfortably and independently alongside other visitors.

The bench structure is manufactured from robust laser-cut galvanized steel, ensuring exceptional durability, stability and resistance to intensive use in public spaces. The internal structure is additionally reinforced with galvanized steel profiles and adjustable supports, allowing precise levelling during installation. The seating surface is made from high-quality Okoumé wood profiles, offering excellent resistance to environmental conditions together with a natural and elegant appearance.

The integrated galvanized steel planter module allows public spaces to be enhanced with plants, flowers or decorative greenery, adding vitality and visual appeal to the surrounding environment. This solution perfectly complements contemporary landscape architecture projects and helps create harmonious, greener urban spaces.

An integrated USB charging port with a protective cover enables convenient charging of mobile devices directly in public spaces. All electronic components are safely housed inside a protected internal compartment, shielded from environmental influences. Upon request, the bench can also be equipped with a Wireless (Qi) charging module, providing even greater convenience for users.

Additionally, the bench can be equipped with a WiFi module, enabling the creation of a public wireless internet access point. This provides residents and visitors with internet connectivity while allowing municipalities and businesses to implement digital communication solutions and develop even more advanced Smart City infrastructure.

The structure offers outstanding resistance to mechanical damage and harsh weather conditions. Each support is equipped with galvanized steel mounting plates with holes for secure anchoring using expansion bolts, ensuring maximum stability even in heavily used public areas.

The product is supplied as a complete assembly kit with stainless steel fastening elements and detailed installation instructions, ensuring quick and straightforward installation.

As standard, the steel structure is finished in Kilauea Cloud Satinato, while the planter module is finished in RAL 9005 Intense Black. Upon request, the bench can be powder coated in any RAL colour, allowing it to be perfectly adapted to specific architectural projects or city identity. The surface is coated with thermosetting powder coatings, providing outstanding resistance to corrosion, UV radiation and various climatic conditions.

These products are perfect for use outdoors and indoors, for public and private projects, parks, city squares, interior or exterior areas of shopping malls, café terraces, private properties, fast food restaurants, leisure centers, recreational areas, schools, kindergartens, etc.

Wood:

• Okoume is a lightweight and durable tropical wood originating from African regions. It features a uniform, fine texture, a light pink to yellowish-brown color, and minimal knotting, giving it a modern and aesthetic appearance. Due to its good stability, flexibility, and low weight, Okoume is widely used in the production of street and urban furniture such as benches, tables, playground equipment, as well as yacht decks and shipbuilding. It is also commonly used for high-quality plywood, furniture, facades, and outdoor equipment. Okoume is easy to process and well suited for milling, gluing, and painting, making it highly valued by architects, designers, and manufacturers.
• The products are impregnated with oil 3 times or lacquered and prepared for outdoor use. Colors: Available color variants from the manufacturer.

Metal:

• Galvanized steel. Painted metal (RAL colors from the manufacturer’s provided variants).
• The metal is primed with an anti-corrosive zinc primer and coated with powder paint suitable for outdoor conditions (colors can be chosen from the manufacturer’s RAL palette).

Bolts:

• Bolts and connecting details are made from galvanized steel.

Installation / Mounting:

• Small architecture products: metal benches, loungers, stands, bike racks, trash bins, etc., are either concreted into the ground or anchored to a solid base.
• Freestanding on a solid surface.
