Maranello Bicycle Station / Creative Design and Advanced Functionality

The station is constructed using square‑section tube posts for structural supports. Each post has a base plate made of galvanized sheet metal. Perimeter panels (removable) consist of modules built with a galvanized steel profile frame. The front module (on the entrance side) includes a shatterproof glass infill designed for graphic stickers (stickers not included). Entrance doors are made from galvanized steel profiles with shatterproof glass infill. The roof structure is made of support beams using rectangular section tubes. The perimeter casing is made of galvanized sheet metal panels suitable for affixing graphic stickers (stickers not included).

Technical Features

• Infill: Modules with horizontally arranged galvanized steel round‑tube profiles, with gaps between the tubes. Also available are modules with insulated solid panels with a smooth external surface, suitable for graphic stickers (stickers not included).
• Rainwater drainage: The roof is composed of insulated panels mounted at an angle to ensure effective rainwater runoff.
• Lighting: The bicycle station is equipped with an internal lighting system, ready for connection to the public power grid.
• Security: The entrance is controlled by a special electronic lock operated by an RFID card.

Metal:

• Stainless steel AISI 304
• Galvanized steel. Painted metal (RAL colors from the manufacturer’s provided variants).
• The metal is primed with an anti-corrosive zinc primer and coated with powder paint suitable for outdoor conditions (colors can be chosen from the manufacturer’s RAL palette).

Bolts:

• Bolts and connecting details are made from galvanized steel.

Installation / Mounting:

• Small architecture products: metal benches, loungers, stands, bike racks, trash bins, etc., are either concreted into the ground or anchored to a solid base.
• Free-standing

• Warranty: 2 years
