Double-sided bicycle storage shelter 'L bike'

L‑Bike is a modular bicycle shelter made up of two lateral supports constructed from Ø152 mm steel tubes and sides laser‑cut from 8 mm thick steel plate. The roof can be made from 6 mm thick alveolar polycarbonate or 4 mm thick compact polycarbonate. It is supported by horizontal beams of 50×30 mm steel tube, which are fixed to the side supports with screws and aluminium profiles with gaskets. At the rear, the roof has a pressed steel gutter 15/10 mm thick for draining rainwater. The structure can be anchored to the ground using base plates Ø450 mm, 12 mm thick, with 4 holes for plugs or M16 concrete anchor bolts.

The L‑Bike bicycle rack can be fastened with screws to the shelter supports, or any other bike rack can be ground‑anchored between the supports. A double‑sided version of the shelter is also available. All metal parts are galvanized and powder‑coated, and various RAL colours are available. All screws are made of stainless steel.

Metal:

• Stainless steel AISI 304
• Galvanized steel. Painted metal (RAL colors from the manufacturer’s provided variants).
• The metal is primed with an anti-corrosive zinc primer and coated with powder paint suitable for outdoor conditions (colors can be chosen from the manufacturer’s RAL palette).

Bolts:

• Bolts and connecting details are made from galvanized steel.

Installation / Mounting:

• Small architecture products: metal benches, loungers, stands, bike racks, trash bins, etc., are either concreted into the ground or anchored to a solid base.
• Free-standing
