The Rio lounger was originally designed to be used directly on the sand at Copacabana beach.

The elegant Slimconcret material allows the furniture to adapt naturally to outdoor environments – without abrupt changes in shape or thickness. Thanks to their lightness, UHPC-Slimconcret products are easy to transport and require less energy to produce. Made from 100% recyclable materials, they are long-lasting and environmentally friendly.

The lounger is made from a single piece of UHPC-Slimconcret. It is easy to lift and move using lifting straps. No special foundations are needed – the furniture can simply be placed on sand, grass, or a hard surface.

Concrete Finish:

• The concrete products are made from C 40/50 class concrete, meeting the strength requirements according to European standard EN 206-1.
• Natural architectural concrete, unpainted.
• A painted concrete version is also available.

Installation / Mounting:

• Small architecture products: metal benches, loungers, stands, bike racks, trash bins, etc., are either concreted into the ground or anchored to a solid base.
