Our benches are made of high-quality C 40/50 class concrete, compliant with European standard EN 206-1. The concrete part is reinforced with decorative finish, poured directly into the structure during the production process, making the surface durable, scratch-resistant, and resistant to environmental impact. The polished surface is coated with UV- and water-resistant varnish, providing a wet look effect and additional protection from moisture, frost, and ultraviolet rays. This ensures that benches remain aesthetic and durable even in intensively used public areas.

The wooden parts of the benches are made of carefully selected wood species – pine, ash, or exotic hardwoods such as Iroko and Sapele. This wood ensures resistance to moisture, temperature fluctuations, and direct sunlight, making it ideal for outdoor furniture. The wood can also be impregnated with oil or lacquered, providing additional durability, longevity, and natural aesthetic appeal.

Metal parts are made of Corten, stainless, or galvanized steel, coated with anti-corrosion primer and powder-coated to protect against rust and environmental impacts. Concrete Finish:

• The concrete products are made from C 40/50 class concrete, meeting the strength requirements according to European standard EN 206-1.
• For the production of concrete products, portland cement CM II/A-M (S-LL) 52.5N DYNAMIK is used, with a strength class of 52.5, and its composition complies with the requirements of the PN-EN 197-1 standard. The construction uses washed aggregates, graded sand, and verified formulas, ensuring maximum concrete strength (at least C 40/50 class). The concrete structure fully meets the strength requirements of the European standard PN-EN 206+A1:2016-12.
• The surface finish features exposed polished concrete, which is additionally coated with UV and water-resistant varnish, giving it a "Wet Look" appearance. This not only enhances the aesthetic impression but also protects the tables and benches from environmental impact, extending their service life.

Wood:

• Iroko, exotic hardwood. Iroko wood is one of the most popular and durable wood types, which, when selected properly, ensures impeccable aesthetics and resistance to changing climatic conditions. The Iroko wood used in urban furniture is a tropical hardwood, highly resistant to temperature fluctuations, moisture, and winter cold.
• Hardwood, lacquered wood (e.g., Brazilian oak, Tauari/Lati) – for indoor use only. It is an exotic, strong, and aesthetically pleasing wood, ideal for furniture production. Its color ranges from light yellow to medium brown, and the usually straight grain gives furniture a natural sense of “life.” The wood density is ~650–680 kg/m³, it is stable, easy to work with, bonds well, and can be lacquered. Lacquering enhances the color and grain while protecting from dust and moisture. Exotic hardwood adds prestige, durability, and uniqueness to furniture, making it perfect for indoor spaces requiring high quality and aesthetics. This wood combines elegance, functionality, and longevity, valued in both classic and modern furniture production.
• The products are impregnated with oil 3 times or lacquered and prepared for outdoor use. Colors: Available color variants from the manufacturer.
• The thickness of the wooden slats: 3-4 cm and more.

Metal:

• Stainless steel AISI 304
• Brushed stainless steel AISI 304 is a high-quality material characterized by corrosion resistance, durability, and an aesthetic appearance. The surface is processed by grinding to achieve a uniform and modern finish suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.
  After mechanical processing, the metal is coated with a special primer that improves adhesion with the paint and provides additional protection against environmental effects. The products are then powder-coated according to the RAL color palette, allowing the color to be adapted to architectural or design solutions of the project.
  Powder coating ensures an even distribution of the coating, high resistance to mechanical damage, UV rays, and atmospheric conditions. This technology not only enhances the aesthetics of the product but also significantly extends its service life.
  Such a metal processing method is considered a higher-quality standard, ensuring reliability, strength, and durability even in demanding conditions. It is widely used in architectural, public space, and individual projects where both functionality and visual appearance are important.
• Qualisteelcoat certificate is an international quality standard ensuring high-quality steel surface preparation and coating. It is applied to products that are carefully processed, primed, and coated (usually by powder coating) in accordance with strict technological requirements.
  This certificate guarantees increased corrosion resistance, durability, and reliable protection against environmental impact, making the products ideal for outdoor use.
  The Qualisteelcoat label indicates that the product meets the highest quality standards and is suitable for architectural and public space projects where durability and aesthetics are essential.
