Bus shelter 'Acaya 231'

Shelf awaits buses made of metal with cantilevered back polycarbonate, Acaya model. Structure consisting of two vertical load-bearing structures, with top arches in galvanized sheet, made from laser cutting. On each single structure, ellipses and circular alternating emulsions are obtained. Two elliptical shaped base plates, made of galvanized sheet steel and provided with circular holes for the passage of threaded zippers anchored to the cement foundation, welded between the base plates and the vertical structures are welded to the triangular stiffening plates. Connection of load-bearing structures made of frame in rectangular profiles of galvanized steel. At the front, the chassis is provided with a horizontal cross-section in round tubes and end caps in spherical head PVC. Base wall made of perimeter frame in galvanized steel angular profile with two vertical uprights, on the outside, in rectangular galvanized steel tube. Transparent type alveolar polycarbonate supported by rectangular tube profiles. Matted polycarbonate cover, supported by profiles in galvanized steel rectangular tube. Gutter, in the back, for collecting and discharging rainwater. Bench made with two supports, harmonized with vertical structures, galvanized sheet made from laser cutting technology, both supports are characterized by the presence of decorative emptying. Two base plates, welded to the supports, made of galvanized sheet metal, both plates are provided with circular holes for fixing to the ground. Seated with twelve profiles in galvanized steel round tubes complete with spherical end PVC caps and nine-profile back in galvanized steel tube complete with spherical end PVC caps. The basic finish for the metal parts of this product is the color "rifle barrel" characterized by a dark gray color with metallic effect. The customer may, however, require a different finish, chosen from the RAL colors available on our website. The painting technique used for the galvanized steel structure is made of thermosetting powders with baking.
