Metal waste bin for collecting urban waste Mida model with lid and ashtray. The structure consists of a cylindrical barrel, flared at the top, made with twenty-one galvanized flat iron plates, three connecting rings at the bottom, center and top. Galvanized round tube top with two supports, made of laser cutting with decorative carving in galvanized sheet metal. Shaped lid, of openable type, made of galvanized sheet with an edge cut at the end. In the lid is centered an ashtray (fixed) of circular shape including a micro-perforated plate plate for switching off the cigarettes. Inner (extractable) container in galvanized sheet with handle. The container is equipped with an anti-extraction system. Base with ring made of galvanized steel round tubes with anchorage holes in the ground by means of slotted bars and expansion joints. The emptying operations for the inner container are facilitated by the release of the Allen screw that allows the extraction of the ashtray for the rotation of a suitable handle in the inner part of the cover allowing the opening of the ashtray bottom with Resulting in dropping of the worms into the inner container. In order to avoid any accidental contact between cigarettes and other waste, an automatic return spring ensures that the bottom of the ashtray is always closed. The customer may, however, require a different finish, chosen from the RAL colors available on our website. The painting technique used for the galvanized steel structure is made with thermosetting powders with baking.
