The structural post of the "OFC", "OF2", "OF3", and "OFM" series equipment consists of a steel tube (Ø 114.3 x 3.6 mm) topped with a cap. The other part of the structure is made of two steel tubes (Ø 88.9 x 3.6 mm), connected with 8 mm thick mounting plates. Between the legs of the outdoor fitness equipment, there are 2 mm thick information boards with the equipment usage instructions and manufacturer details. Other tubular elements of the outdoor fitness equipment are made of steel – min. Ø 40 x 2 mm, handles – min. 31.8 x 2.3 mm. All tube ends are tightly welded to prevent internal corrosion, avoiding the use of plastic plugs. The base of the outdoor fitness equipment ends with a flat ring with four holes to allow the equipment to be bolted to a concrete foundation.
The double powder coating includes a zinc base and paint, with a layer thickness of 120 μm. The outdoor fitness equipment is painted in green RAL 6018 and gray RAL 9006 colors, but colors can be customized.
Footrests and seats are made of corrugated aluminum sheets (4 mm). Stainless steel or polyethylene options are available. Moving parts, such as the runner's leg or pendulum, are limited by a 50 mm diameter rubber stopper to a 55-degree angle. Resistant bolts with hexagonal key cylinder heads M10 are used. Stainless steel washers M12, 2.7 mm thick, and 24 mm in diameter. Stainless round nuts M10 with anti-loosening protection. Low-maintenance 2RS ball bearings in the hinges, metric system.
All outdoor fitness equipment with pedals features a mechanism to slow down the rotations – a braking system or a freewheel (e.g., on a bicycle). The outdoor fitness equipment is manufactured according to the PN-EN 16630:2015 standard and has a valid certificate issued by a PCA-accredited institution.
The equipment is mounted on foundations, with the top edge at least 20 cm below ground, preventing the foundation and bolts from being accidentally or intentionally exposed according to PN-EN 16630:2015 standard 4.3.15. This requirement does not apply to safe surfaces such as EPDM coverings. A safety zone of at least 1.5 meters must be maintained around each piece of equipment. The allowable weight for users is up to 120 kg.

Since the outdoor fitness equipment is manufactured in Europe, not imported from third countries, there is the possibility to customize the equipment according to the client's desired material specifications. Standard certified outdoor fitness equipment is made from 88.9 mm diameter and 3.2 mm wall thickness support pipes, or 114 mm diameter and 3.2 mm wall thickness pipes (OF2 series). The diameter of the moving tubes is 40 mm, with a wall thickness of 2.8 mm.
All products are hot-dip galvanized and powder-coated twice to ensure durability and good appearance.
