The “Elios Smart” bench is a modern smart city seating solution designed for public spaces where comfort, technological innovation, energy efficiency, and sustainability are essential. This innovative urban furniture combines contemporary design, advanced smart technologies, and renewable energy systems, actively contributing to the development of modern smart cities.

The bench operates entirely on solar energy, eliminating the need for external electrical wiring. Installation requires only a suitable outdoor location, making it highly flexible and easy to deploy. The integrated 170W 12V monocrystalline SUN POWER photovoltaic panel, combined with an MPPT 10A 75V charge controller, ensures maximum energy efficiency even in cloudy, cold, or partially shaded environments. Energy is stored in AGM Super Cycle 100Ah 12V (1.2kWh) batteries, designed for long life cycles and durability of approximately 7–10 years.

The Elios Smart bench offers a wide range of smart features: 4 USB fast-charging ports (Quick Charge 3.0) 18W with full electrical protection, 2 integrated 15W Qi wireless chargers beneath the seating surface, RGB LED night lighting with customizable effects, and smart connectivity via Wi-Fi or VICTRON Bluetooth application. Optional configurations include 4G connectivity and a Wi-Fi network deployment with access portal and management policy.

The system includes an efficient cooling solution with a centrifugal blower system (120 m³/h airflow), ensuring stable performance of all electronic components. All systems are enclosed in waterproof and weather-resistant housings, guaranteeing maximum safety, reliability, and compliance with strict European CE standards, including short-circuit protection and environmental resistance.

Metal:

• Galvanized steel. Painted metal (RAL colors from the manufacturer’s provided variants).
• The metal is primed with an anti-corrosive zinc primer and coated with powder paint suitable for outdoor conditions (colors can be chosen from the manufacturer’s RAL palette).

Bolts:

• Bolts and connecting details are made from galvanized steel.

Installation / Mounting:

• Small architecture products: metal benches, loungers, stands, bike racks, trash bins, etc., are either concreted into the ground or anchored to a solid base.
• Freestanding on a solid surface.
