Pinch bench with 2 seating modules is a contemporary smart urban bench designed according to the principles of Inclusive Design. Its unique, organically curved form ensures maximum accessibility and comfort for all users, regardless of physical abilities. Thanks to its open 360° usability concept, the bench becomes not only a resting place but also a social meeting space that encourages communication and community interaction in urban environments.

The minimalist yet expressive design allows this bench to integrate seamlessly into various urban settings – from modern city squares and parks to pedestrian zones, business districts, university campuses, or contemporary residential developments and public spaces.

The PINCH collection concept is based on the idea of “pinching” the classic bench form, creating a refined geometry with naturally formed open and closed spaces. This design solution gives the product a strong visual identity while ensuring that people with reduced mobility can comfortably and independently use the bench alongside other users.

The bench structure is made of durable laser-cut galvanized steel, ensuring long-lasting performance, stability, and resistance to intensive public use. The internal structure is additionally reinforced with galvanized steel profiles and adjustable supports, allowing precise leveling during installation. The seating surface is made of high-quality Okoumé wood profiles, which offer excellent resistance to environmental conditions and a natural, aesthetic appearance.

An integrated USB charging port with a protective cover allows convenient charging of mobile devices directly in public spaces. All electronic components are safely integrated into an internal compartment protected from environmental influences. Upon request, the bench can also be equipped with an integrated Wireless (Qi) charging module, providing even greater user convenience.

Additionally, a WiFi connectivity module can be integrated, enabling the creation of a public internet access point. This allows not only internet access for users but also supports digital communication functions in public spaces.

The structure offers high resistance to mechanical damage and adverse weather conditions. Each support is equipped with galvanized steel base plates with holes for secure anchoring using expansion bolts, ensuring stability even in highly used public areas.

The product is delivered as a kit with stainless steel fasteners and detailed installation instructions, ensuring quick and simple assembly.

Standard finish is RAL 7005 (Mouse Grey), but upon request, the bench can be painted in any RAL color, allowing perfect integration into architectural projects or city identity. The surface is coated with thermosetting powder coatings, ensuring excellent resistance to corrosion, UV radiation, and various climatic conditions.

Wood:

• Okoume is a lightweight and durable tropical wood originating from African regions. It features a uniform, fine texture, a light pink to yellowish-brown color, and minimal knotting, giving it a modern and aesthetic appearance. Due to its good stability, flexibility, and low weight, Okoume is widely used in the production of street and urban furniture such as benches, tables, playground equipment, as well as yacht decks and shipbuilding. It is also commonly used for high-quality plywood, furniture, facades, and outdoor equipment. Okoume is easy to process and well suited for milling, gluing, and painting, making it highly valued by architects, designers, and manufacturers.
• The products are impregnated with oil 3 times or lacquered and prepared for outdoor use. Colors: Available color variants from the manufacturer.

Metal:

• Galvanized steel. Painted metal (RAL colors from the manufacturer’s provided variants).
• The metal is primed with an anti-corrosive zinc primer and coated with powder paint suitable for outdoor conditions (colors can be chosen from the manufacturer’s RAL palette).

Bolts:

• Bolts and connecting details are made from galvanized steel.

Installation / Mounting:

• Small architecture products: metal benches, loungers, stands, bike racks, trash bins, etc., are either concreted into the ground or anchored to a solid base.
• Freestanding on a solid surface.
