Modular Bench 268‑C – Natural Comfort Meets Modern Aesthetic

Bench model 268‑C is a distinctive element in the modular bench series 268, combining subtle relief concrete texture with the warmth of wood and an ergonomic backrest. The bench is designed not only to appeal visually but also to offer a high level of comfort both in relaxation zones and in various public spaces.

The product is made of high‑strength fiber‑reinforced concrete with a homogeneous marble or granite aggregate structure. The structural particles are of precisely defined size, and color combinations allow choosing from several natural, durable textures: white, grey, brown or the unique “scatter” finish.

The seat and backrest are built on a sturdy stainless steel frame and decorated with high‑quality wood elements. Two wood material options are available: traditional spruce or the innovative, eco‑friendly Resysta®. The latter is 100 % recyclable, weather‑resistant, and the manufacturer provides a 15‑year warranty against cracking and delamination.

A distinguishing feature of this model is the ergonomic backrest, integrated slightly lower than usual. This design solution visually enlivens the bench’s form, adds dynamism and provides added comfort.

All surfaces, both concrete and wooden, are treated with special protective coatings that effectively safeguard against rain, cold, UV rays and urban pollution. This is a solution where aesthetics, comfort and durability come together.

Bench 268‑C can be used both as a standalone piece of furniture and as part of a modular system together with other elements of the 268 series. It allows creating coherent, functional and aesthetically refined outdoor spaces.

• Product surface: polished and coated with a protective varnish, resistant to UV rays, resembling natural granite.

Concrete Finish:

• The concrete products are made from C 40/50 class concrete, meeting the strength requirements according to European standard EN 206-1.
• The concrete part is made of at least C 40 concrete with a natural granite or marble chip finish (2-5 mm fraction). The chips are not glued to the surface but are incorporated directly into the product structure during the manufacturing process.
• For the production of concrete products, portland cement CM II/A-M (S-LL) 52.5N DYNAMIK is used, with a strength class of 52.5, and its composition complies with the requirements of the PN-EN 197-1 standard. The construction uses washed aggregates, graded sand, and verified formulas, ensuring maximum concrete strength (at least C 40/50 class). The concrete structure fully meets the strength requirements of the European standard PN-EN 206+A1:2016-12.
• The surface finish features exposed polished concrete, which is additionally coated with UV and water-resistant varnish, giving it a "Wet Look" appearance. This not only enhances the aesthetic impression but also protects the tables and benches from environmental impact, extending their service life.
• The desired concrete color can be selected from the options provided in the manufacturer’s gallery.

Wood:

• Pine wood
• Iroko, exotic hardwood. Iroko wood is one of the most popular and durable wood types, which, when selected properly, ensures impeccable aesthetics and resistance to changing climatic conditions. The Iroko wood used in urban furniture is a tropical hardwood, highly resistant to temperature fluctuations, moisture, and winter cold.
• The products are impregnated with oil 3 times or lacquered and prepared for outdoor use. Colors: Available color variants from the manufacturer.
• The thickness of the wooden slats: 3-4 cm and more.

Metal:

• Galvanized steel. Painted metal (RAL colors from the manufacturer’s provided variants).
• The metal is primed with an anti-corrosive zinc primer and coated with powder paint suitable for outdoor conditions (colors can be chosen from the manufacturer’s RAL palette).

Bolts:

• Bolts and connecting details are made from galvanized steel.

Installation / Mounting:

• Small architecture products: metal benches, loungers, stands, bike racks, trash bins, etc., are either concreted into the ground or anchored to a solid base.
• Free-standing
