Modular bench 268‑I – quality, durability and respect for the environment

The bench model 268‑I is made of high‑strength fiber‑reinforced concrete, featuring a homogeneous natural marble or granite aggregate texture. The structural particles are precisely defined in size, and their color combinations allow the creation of various aesthetically pleasing textures – white, grey, brown or the unique scatter finish.

The combination of polished and textured surfaces together with a seat made from certified wood gives this product the possibility to integrate naturally into different landscape designs.

The seat can be manufactured from two material options:

• pine wood
• eco‑friendly Resysta® material

Resysta® is an innovative material developed in Germany, 100 percent recyclable, environment‑friendly, and backed by a 15‑year warranty against cracking and delamination.

All bench surfaces are treated with special protective coatings that guard the concrete and wood against aggressive atmospheric effects and help reduce the build‑up of dirt.

Bench model 268‑I can be used both as a standalone piece of furniture and as part of a modular composition, combined with other elements of the same series. This allows creating versatile solutions suited for public spaces, parks or recreational zones.

These products are perfect for use outdoors and indoors, for public and private projects, parks, city squares, interior or exterior areas of shopping malls, café terraces, private properties, fast food restaurants, leisure centers, recreational areas, schools, kindergartens, etc.

Concrete Colors: White (#31), Scater (#34), Grey (#35), Brown (#22)

• Product surface: polished and coated with a protective varnish, resistant to UV rays, resembling natural granite.

Concrete Finish:

• The concrete products are made from C 40/50 class concrete, meeting the strength requirements according to European standard EN 206-1.
• The concrete part is made of at least C 40 concrete with a natural granite or marble chip finish (2-5 mm fraction). The chips are not glued to the surface but are incorporated directly into the product structure during the manufacturing process.
• For the production of concrete products, portland cement CM II/A-M (S-LL) 52.5N DYNAMIK is used, with a strength class of 52.5, and its composition complies with the requirements of the PN-EN 197-1 standard. The construction uses washed aggregates, graded sand, and verified formulas, ensuring maximum concrete strength (at least C 40/50 class). The concrete structure fully meets the strength requirements of the European standard PN-EN 206+A1:2016-12.
• The surface finish features exposed polished concrete, which is additionally coated with UV and water-resistant varnish, giving it a "Wet Look" appearance. This not only enhances the aesthetic impression but also protects the tables and benches from environmental impact, extending their service life.
• The desired concrete color can be selected from the options provided in the manufacturer’s gallery.

Wood:

• Pine wood
• Iroko, exotic hardwood. Iroko wood is one of the most popular and durable wood types, which, when selected properly, ensures impeccable aesthetics and resistance to changing climatic conditions. The Iroko wood used in urban furniture is a tropical hardwood, highly resistant to temperature fluctuations, moisture, and winter cold.
• The products are impregnated with oil 3 times or lacquered and prepared for outdoor use. Colors: Available color variants from the manufacturer.
• The thickness of the wooden slats: 3-4 cm and more.

Bolts:

• Bolts and connecting details are made from galvanized steel.

Installation / Mounting:

• Small architecture products: metal benches, loungers, stands, bike racks, trash bins, etc., are either concreted into the ground or anchored to a solid base.
• Free-standing

Durable Metal Components
Steel elements can be made from Corten, stainless, or galvanized steel. The metal surface is primed with an anti-corrosive zinc primer and coated with powder paint to protect against rust and environmental exposure. Various colors from the RAL palette are available.
