Metal bench 'Dora 1051'

Urban design bench Dora, made of metal frame, seat and backrest in wood. Stylized X-rays made of galvanized steel laser-cut laser engraving technology with holes for fixing to the ground by means of pull-outs and expansion joists, cross-connection between the two galvanized steel tubular supports. Sitting and back made up of 10 Nordic pine strips with upper and lower shaped ends and rounded edges, the slats are provided with holes for fixing on special galvanized plate shapes that give it anatomical shape. The strips are impregnated in autoclave with concentrated saline fluid for enhanced prevention against fungal and marshal insect attacks, subsequently the strips undergo a colored impregnation cycle and a last glossy finish for exterior finishing. The metal frame is subjected to a rifle barrel finishing cycle, the customer may still require a different finish, chosen from the RAL colors available on our website. The painting technique used for the galvanized steel structure is made with thermosetting powders with baking.
