Natural marble or granite aggregates are integrated throughout the entire concrete mass, creating an authentic terrazzo concrete structure. The precisely polished surface exposes the natural stone aggregates, producing a refined terrazzo finish with a smooth, velvety texture and exceptional wear resistance. Because natural stone is used, every bench features unique colour variations and aggregate patterns, giving each piece an individual architectural character.

To ensure long-term durability, the polished concrete surface is treated with a hydrophobic protective coating that reduces water absorption, minimises dirt accumulation, and improves resistance to moisture, frost, UV exposure, and harsh weather conditions. HPC Terrazzo Concrete Technology:

• High Performance Concrete (HPC) is a fibre-reinforced architectural concrete manufactured using high-quality grey or white Portland cement, natural marble or granite aggregates, and carefully selected mineral materials. This advanced concrete technology provides exceptional structural strength, long-term durability, and outstanding resistance to intensive daily use.
• The distinctive terrazzo structure is created by integrating multi-coloured natural marble or granite aggregates throughout the entire concrete mass. The stone aggregates are not glued or applied to the surface but become an integral part of the product, ensuring an authentic terrazzo appearance and lasting performance.
• After production, the surface is carefully ground and polished to expose the natural stone aggregates, creating a seamless terrazzo finish distinguished by its refined aesthetics, natural stone texture, and excellent wear resistance.
• Depending on the product model, the surface may also be finished using Embossed Aggregate technology. This treatment enhances the natural texture of the marble or granite aggregates, adding depth, character, and a distinctive architectural appearance.
• All surfaces are additionally protected with a hydrophobic impregnating treatment and protective lacquer, reducing water absorption, limiting dirt accumulation, and improving resistance to UV radiation, corrosion, frost, and other harsh environmental conditions.

• Iroko, exotic hardwood. Iroko wood is one of the most popular and durable wood types, which, when selected properly, ensures impeccable aesthetics and resistance to changing climatic conditions. The Iroko wood used in urban furniture is a tropical hardwood, highly resistant to temperature fluctuations, moisture, and winter cold.
• The products are impregnated with oil 3 times or lacquered and prepared for outdoor use. Colors: Available color variants from the manufacturer.
• The thickness of the wooden slats: 3-4 cm and more.

Metal:

• Galvanized steel. Painted metal (RAL colors from the manufacturer’s provided variants).
• The metal is primed with an anti-corrosive zinc primer and coated with powder paint suitable for outdoor conditions (colors can be chosen from the manufacturer’s RAL palette).

Bolts:

• Bolts and connecting details are made from galvanized steel.
