It is an excellent solution for public transport infrastructure – the double-sided “Noi” shelter is ideally suited for bus and railway station platforms, city terminals, metro stops or express bus shelters. Thanks to its modular design, it can be easily tailored to heavy passenger flows as well as smaller urban spaces, maintaining a balanced relationship between aesthetics and practicality.

Creative design and advanced functionality
The structural elements of the two-sided load-bearing frame are made from galvanized steel rectangular-section profiles, ensuring stability, durability and corrosion resistance. The vertical posts have base anchoring plates, laser-cut from thick galvanized sheet metal, designed for secure fixation to the ground.
The front and rear cross-beams are also manufactured from galvanized steel rectangular profiles, with precise laser-cutting to guarantee accurate construction alignment and a visually clean, aesthetic design.

Intelligent technical solutions
Rear wall
Made of transparent laminated and tempered safety glass, mounted to the frame with stainless steel brackets. The transparency imparts lightness, while the materials ensure safety and longevity.
Roof
A dual-layer construction: the inner layer consists of shaped galvanized steel sheet panels, the outer layer of highly durable compact polycarbonate. An integrated central gutter drains rainwater, ensuring the space beneath remains dry.
Lighting
Integrated LED lighting creates a comfortable and safe atmosphere even during late hours. All electrical components are concealed within an internal compartment, maintaining the design’s aesthetic integrity.
Anchoring
The structure is installed using special brackets and mounting templates to prevent tipping or unwanted movement, guaranteeing long-term stability.

Since 2011, bus shelters are classified as structural products requiring CE certification, and their design and manufacture must comply with the stringent standard EN 1090-1:2009 + A1:2011.
To operate in accordance with the law and ensure quality, all metal fabrication and assembly work must be carried out by certified companies authorized to work under the EN 1090 standard.

Side glass wall (code 606-PE-O-V)
Transparent laminated glass, stainless steel supports and laser-cut galvanized braces give the construction solidity and lightness. The base anchoring plate and decorative okumè wood strips provide warmth and natural character.
Bench (code 606-PE-O-P)
A robust metal frame of galvanized profiles combined with an elegant okumè wood seating area – the perfect blend of comfort and design. The bench can be anchored to the ground, making it suitable even for high-traffic areas.

Customization and durability
Standard colour scheme:

• Structure – anthracite grey (RAL 7016)

• Inner roof and side wall – signal yellow (RAL 1003)

• Bench – silver grey (RAL 7001)
  Customized RAL colours and finish options are available to ensure the shelter harmonises with its surroundings. All structural components are coated with thermosetting powder paints that ensure weather resistance, colour retention and long-lasting appearance even after many years of use.

Wood:

• Iroko, exotic hardwood. Iroko wood is one of the most popular and durable wood types, which, when selected properly, ensures impeccable aesthetics and resistance to changing climatic conditions. The Iroko wood used in urban furniture is a tropical hardwood, highly resistant to temperature fluctuations, moisture, and winter cold.
• The products are impregnated with oil 3 times or lacquered and prepared for outdoor use. Colors: Available color variants from the manufacturer.
• The thickness of the wooden slats: 3-4 cm and more.

Metal:

• Corten steel
• Stainless steel AISI 304
• Galvanized steel. Painted metal (RAL colors from the manufacturer’s provided variants).
• The metal is primed with an anti-corrosive zinc primer and coated with powder paint suitable for outdoor conditions (colors can be chosen from the manufacturer’s RAL palette).

Bolts:

• Bolts and connecting details are made from galvanized steel.

• Tempered glass – safe, impact resistant and weatherproof, ensuring transparency and a modern aesthetic.
