Concrete outdoor table tennis table – a durable solution for public spaces

The concrete table tennis table is a strong, reliable and aesthetically refined choice for various public or private areas. It is perfectly suited for outdoor conditions: city parks, schoolyards, kindergartens, playgrounds and recreation zones, cafés or even commercial premises where durability is important.

The tabletop is made of high-quality reinforced concrete, polished and coated with a special impregnating varnish that protects against moisture, sun, cold and other atmospheric effects. The edges are reinforced with an aluminum profile that protects against impacts and damage.

The net is made of a five millimeter thick galvanized or stainless steel sheet, firmly attached to the table structure. This ensures safety, resistance to vandalism, and long-term reliability. All metal parts are hot-dip galvanized, thus protected against corrosion.

The table is resistant to all weather conditions, making it suitable for use both in winter and summer. Because of its weight it is stable and does not require additional anchoring. It is suitable for both municipal and private clients’ needs – relaxation zones, schools, leisure parks or cottages.

This table encourages physical activity and offers the possibility to enjoy outdoor pursuits in all seasons. It is a reliable, long-lasting, and nearly maintenance-free solution.

Concrete Finish:

• The concrete products are made from C 40/50 class concrete, meeting the strength requirements according to European standard EN 206-1.
• The concrete part is made of at least C 40 concrete with a natural granite or marble chip finish (2-5 mm fraction). The chips are not glued to the surface but are incorporated directly into the product structure during the manufacturing process.
• For the production of concrete products, portland cement CM II/A-M (S-LL) 52.5N DYNAMIK is used, with a strength class of 52.5, and its composition complies with the requirements of the PN-EN 197-1 standard. The construction uses washed aggregates, graded sand, and verified formulas, ensuring maximum concrete strength (at least C 40/50 class). The concrete structure fully meets the strength requirements of the European standard PN-EN 206+A1:2016-12.
• The surface finish features exposed polished concrete, which is additionally coated with UV and water-resistant varnish, giving it a "Wet Look" appearance. This not only enhances the aesthetic impression but also protects the tables and benches from environmental impact, extending their service life.
• Natural architectural concrete, unpainted.
• A painted concrete version is also available.
• The desired concrete color can be selected from the options provided in the manufacturer’s gallery.

Metal:

• Stainless steel AISI 304
• Galvanized steel. Painted metal (RAL colors from the manufacturer’s provided variants).
• The metal is primed with an anti-corrosive zinc primer and coated with powder paint suitable for outdoor conditions (colors can be chosen from the manufacturer’s RAL palette).

Bolts:

• Bolts and connecting details are made from galvanized steel.

Installation / Mounting:

• Small architecture products: metal benches, loungers, stands, bike racks, trash bins, etc., are either concreted into the ground or anchored to a solid base.
• Freestanding on a solid surface.
