Losantilla® Filtra is a permeable concrete slab designed to naturally manage rainwater and reduce surface runoff. This system delivers visual elegance through continuous lines, pedestrian comfort, and enhanced surface permeability — an ideal synergy of paving aesthetics and practical benefit.

Structure and construction

• The slab features a 1.5 cm wide joint that improves permeability, allowing water to flow and infiltrate through gaps.

• Additionally, it includes spacers that form an internal block structure, providing maximum structural strength.

• The combination of green strip + rigid concrete strip further ensures stability as turf anchors into the base.
