‘Losantilla ®’ – functionality, naturalness, and durability in one product

The ‘Losantilla ®’ slab is designed to unite a natural surface with structural strength, so it not only looks like a green pavement but can also withstand vehicular loads. It’s a modern solution for harmonizing greening and urban design. This slab allows for grass strips in the city environment, preventing puddle formation and protecting the surface from erosion — whether from pedestrians or light vehicles.

Made of pressed concrete, with 20% recycled aggregates, ‘Losantilla ®’ measures 40 × 40 × 12 cm. Its surface is finely non‑slip, smooth in texture, traditionally grey. The structure creates a 5 cm wide grass grid surrounded by concrete 5 × 5 cm cubes — this provides stability while maintaining a living surface. Erosion control, water drainage through the holes, and protection of vegetation are key features of this slab.

Technical indicators are impressive — the permeable area reaches up to 75%. Drainage capacity is 13,500 mm/h. Thanks to these values, ‘Losantilla ®’ handles heavy rainfall well, allows water to drain efficiently, and reduces the risk of surface runoff.

Available surface finishes — smooth (polished), matte (ground), bush‑hammered (textured), or painted as desired — allow aesthetic adaptation of the slab to architectural requirements.

‘Losantilla ®’ is ideal for parking areas, pathways, green zones where not only a hard, stable surface is needed but also visually natural, environment‑integrated aesthetics. It’s a sustainable urban solution — where green architecture becomes an integral part of the cityscape.
