Waste bin with innovative design combining the strength and functionality of two materials - concrete and metal. Concrete is high-performance containing natural marble or granite stones of defined size. They form an aggregate structure and can be combined in different colors. The concrete is also reinforced and fiber strengthened. A special coating is applied to the aggregate surface, which reduces the deposition of dirt and increases the resistance of the product to aggressive weather conditions. The metal components are coated with ester-epoxy zinc primer and are powder coated. These technological methods create high corrosion protection and increase the performance of the metal. The ashtray mounted in the bin is made of stainless steel and has a specially designed collection container. The metal container is provided with a practical mechanism for attaching the garbage bag. It provides easy cleaning and maintenance. The possibility of anchoring to the flooring (upon request by the customer), as well as the durability of the materials from which it is made, guarantee its long-term operation. The variations in the color combinations of the aggregate and metallic elements, as well as the finely polished surface, give a distinctive personality and style. • Product surface: polished and coated with a protective varnish, resistant to UV rays, resembling natural granite.

Concrete Finish:

• The concrete products are made from C 40/50 class concrete, meeting the strength requirements according to European standard EN 206-1.
• The concrete part is made of at least C 40 concrete with a natural granite or marble chip finish (2-5 mm fraction). The chips are not glued to the surface but are incorporated directly into the product structure during the manufacturing process.
• For the production of concrete products, portland cement CM II/A-M (S-LL) 52.5N DYNAMIK is used, with a strength class of 52.5, and its composition complies with the requirements of the PN-EN 197-1 standard. The construction uses washed aggregates, graded sand, and verified formulas, ensuring maximum concrete strength (at least C 40/50 class). The concrete structure fully meets the strength requirements of the European standard PN-EN 206+A1:2016-12.
• The surface finish features exposed polished concrete, which is additionally coated with UV and water-resistant varnish, giving it a "Wet Look" appearance. This not only enhances the aesthetic impression but also protects the tables and benches from environmental impact, extending their service life.
• The desired concrete color can be selected from the options provided in the manufacturer’s gallery.

Metal:

• Galvanized steel. Painted metal (RAL colors from the manufacturer’s provided variants).
• The metal is primed with an anti-corrosive zinc primer and coated with powder paint suitable for outdoor conditions (colors can be chosen from the manufacturer’s RAL palette).

Bolts:

• Bolts and connecting details are made from galvanized steel.

Installation / Mounting:

• Small architecture products: metal benches, loungers, stands, bike racks, trash bins, etc., are either concreted into the ground or anchored to a solid base.
