The designers of our dog waste bin make it easy for people to care for their pets by designing and developing a dog waste bin – part of the concrete litter bins product range. The dog waste bin is made of high-performance concrete and natural aggregate combined with high-quality metal. The concrete is reinforced and fiber strengthened. The aggregate is made out of natural marble or granite stones in different color combinations. The surfaces are embossed and treated with a special protective coating, which reduces the deposition of dirt and makes the product even more resistant to aggressive weather conditions. The metal components are galvanized and powder coated. This protects the metal from corrosion and increases its performance. The possibility of anchoring to the flooring, as well as the strength of the materials of which the garbage bin is made, guarantee its long-term operation. The metal lid has two openings. The main one is larger and is oval in shape. It is used to throw away dog ​​excrement. It is covered with a metal plate with automatic closing mechanism. There is a special compartment on the inside of the lid for storing canine waste bags. They are accessed through the smaller rectangular opening. The concrete bin has an internal container of galvanized metal for waste collection, providing easy cleaning and maintenance. The lid has a locking device that controls the opening and protects against vandalism. The variations in the color combinations of the mosaic and the metallic elements add personality and style. • Product surface: polished and coated with a protective varnish, resistant to UV rays, resembling natural granite.

Concrete Finish:

• The concrete products are made from C 40/50 class concrete, meeting the strength requirements according to European standard EN 206-1.
• The concrete part is made of at least C 40 concrete with a natural granite or marble chip finish (2-5 mm fraction). The chips are not glued to the surface but are incorporated directly into the product structure during the manufacturing process.
• For the production of concrete products, portland cement CM II/A-M (S-LL) 52.5N DYNAMIK is used, with a strength class of 52.5, and its composition complies with the requirements of the PN-EN 197-1 standard. The construction uses washed aggregates, graded sand, and verified formulas, ensuring maximum concrete strength (at least C 40/50 class). The concrete structure fully meets the strength requirements of the European standard PN-EN 206+A1:2016-12.
• The surface finish features exposed polished concrete, which is additionally coated with UV and water-resistant varnish, giving it a "Wet Look" appearance. This not only enhances the aesthetic impression but also protects the tables and benches from environmental impact, extending their service life.
• The desired concrete color can be selected from the options provided in the manufacturer’s gallery.

Metal:

• Galvanized steel. Painted metal (RAL colors from the manufacturer’s provided variants).
• The metal is primed with an anti-corrosive zinc primer and coated with powder paint suitable for outdoor conditions (colors can be chosen from the manufacturer’s RAL palette).

Bolts:

• Bolts and connecting details are made from galvanized steel.

Installation / Mounting:

• Small architecture products: metal benches, loungers, stands, bike racks, trash bins, etc., are either concreted into the ground or anchored to a solid base.
