Waste bin, combining the strength and functionality of two materials - concrete and metal. The concrete is high-performance, containing natural marble or granite stones of a defined size. They build an aggregate structure and can be combined in different colors. The concrete is additionally reinforced and fiber strengthened. A special coating is applied on the embossed aggregate surface, which reduces the deposition of contaminants and increases the resistance of the product to aggressive weather conditions. The metal components are galvanized and powder coated. These technological treatments create high corrosion protection and increase the performance of the metal. At the customer's request and for an additional fee, an epoxy primer can be applied to the metal. It is recommended as a means of enhanced protection for areas with a marine climate and with heavy rainfalls. The lid has a built-in ashtray. The bin has an inner galvanized metal container for waste collection. It is possible to anchor to the flooring. The variations in color combinations of the aggregate and the metal elements give a characteristic individuality and style. These products are perfect for use outdoors and indoors, for public and private projects, parks, city squares, interior or exterior areas of shopping malls, café terraces, private properties, fast food restaurants, leisure centers, recreational areas, schools, kindergartens, etc.

• Product surface: polished and coated with a protective varnish, resistant to UV rays, resembling natural granite.

Concrete Finish:

• The concrete products are made from C 40/50 class concrete, meeting the strength requirements according to European standard EN 206-1.
• The concrete part is made of at least C 40 concrete with a natural granite or marble chip finish (2-5 mm fraction). The chips are not glued to the surface but are incorporated directly into the product structure during the manufacturing process.
• For the production of concrete products, portland cement CM II/A-M (S-LL) 52.5N DYNAMIK is used, with a strength class of 52.5, and its composition complies with the requirements of the PN-EN 197-1 standard. The construction uses washed aggregates, graded sand, and verified formulas, ensuring maximum concrete strength (at least C 40/50 class). The concrete structure fully meets the strength requirements of the European standard PN-EN 206+A1:2016-12.
• The surface finish features exposed polished concrete, which is additionally coated with UV and water-resistant varnish, giving it a "Wet Look" appearance. This not only enhances the aesthetic impression but also protects the tables and benches from environmental impact, extending their service life.
• The desired concrete color can be selected from the options provided in the manufacturer’s gallery.

Metal:

• Galvanized steel. Painted metal (RAL colors from the manufacturer’s provided variants).
• The metal is primed with an anti-corrosive zinc primer and coated with powder paint suitable for outdoor conditions (colors can be chosen from the manufacturer’s RAL palette).

Bolts:

• Bolts and connecting details are made from galvanized steel.

Installation / Mounting:

• Small architecture products: metal benches, loungers, stands, bike racks, trash bins, etc., are either concreted into the ground or anchored to a solid base.
