Litter bin made of high-performance concrete and natural embossed aggregate combined with high-quality metal elements. The concrete is reinforced and fiber strengthened. The aggregate structure is made of natural marble or granite stones of defined size. The surface is treated with a special protective coating. It reduces the deposition of dirt and further increases the product's resistance to corrosive atmospheric conditions. The metal components are galvanized and powder coated. These technological methods protect the metal from corrosion and increase its performance. The possibility of anchoring to the flooring, as well as the strength of the materials from which it is made, guarantee its long-term operation. The garbage bin is available in two versions of the metal lid - without ashtray and with ashtray. The ashtray is made of inox and has a specially designed collecting container that does not allow the combustion cigarettes to be mixed with the garbage. The receptacle is equipped with an innovative mechanism for easy cleaning. The lid has a locking device that controls the opening and protects against vandalism.

• Product surface: polished and coated with a protective varnish, resistant to UV rays, resembling natural granite.

Concrete Finish:

• The concrete products are made from C 40/50 class concrete, meeting the strength requirements according to European standard EN 206-1.
• The concrete part is made of at least C 40 concrete with a natural granite or marble chip finish (2-5 mm fraction). The chips are not glued to the surface but are incorporated directly into the product structure during the manufacturing process.
• For the production of concrete products, portland cement CM II/A-M (S-LL) 52.5N DYNAMIK is used, with a strength class of 52.5, and its composition complies with the requirements of the PN-EN 197-1 standard. The construction uses washed aggregates, graded sand, and verified formulas, ensuring maximum concrete strength (at least C 40/50 class). The concrete structure fully meets the strength requirements of the European standard PN-EN 206+A1:2016-12.
• The surface finish features exposed polished concrete, which is additionally coated with UV and water-resistant varnish, giving it a "Wet Look" appearance. This not only enhances the aesthetic impression but also protects the tables and benches from environmental impact, extending their service life.
• The desired concrete color can be selected from the options provided in the manufacturer’s gallery.

Metal:

• Galvanized steel. Painted metal (RAL colors from the manufacturer’s provided variants).
• The metal is primed with an anti-corrosive zinc primer and coated with powder paint suitable for outdoor conditions (colors can be chosen from the manufacturer’s RAL palette).

Bolts:

• Bolts and connecting details are made from galvanized steel.

Installation / Mounting:

• Small architecture products: metal benches, loungers, stands, bike racks, trash bins, etc., are either concreted into the ground or anchored to a solid base.
