• Product surface: unpolished, coated with a high-quality protective lacquer resistant to UV rays, preserving the natural appearance of granite or marble.
• The unpolished surface highlights the structure of the granite or marble aggregates, emphasizing its natural beauty and giving the product a unique character. This processing method accentuates the texture and depth of the aggregates while ensuring that the product not only looks elegant but remains durable over time. Thanks to this finishing technology, concrete bollards are highly resistant to weather conditions, wear, and mechanical stress, making them ideal for both public spaces and private areas, ensuring long-term use and minimal maintenance.

Concrete Finish:

• The concrete products are made from C 40/50 class concrete, meeting the strength requirements according to European standard EN 206-1.
• The concrete part is made of at least C 40 concrete with a natural granite or marble chip finish (2-5 mm fraction). The chips are not glued to the surface but are incorporated directly into the product structure during the manufacturing process.
• For the production of concrete products, portland cement CM II/A-M (S-LL) 52.5N DYNAMIK is used, with a strength class of 52.5, and its composition complies with the requirements of the PN-EN 197-1 standard. The construction uses washed aggregates, graded sand, and verified formulas, ensuring maximum concrete strength (at least C 40/50 class). The concrete structure fully meets the strength requirements of the European standard PN-EN 206+A1:2016-12.
• The surface finish features exposed polished concrete, which is additionally coated with UV and water-resistant varnish, giving it a "Wet Look" appearance. This not only enhances the aesthetic impression but also protects the tables and benches from environmental impact, extending their service life.
• Natural architectural concrete, unpainted.
• A painted concrete version is also available.
• The desired concrete color can be selected from the options provided in the manufacturer’s gallery.

Installation / Mounting:

• Small architecture products: metal benches, loungers, stands, bike racks, trash bins, etc., are either concreted into the ground or anchored to a solid base.
