Modern design and functionality
The main structure is made from galvanized steel rectangular-section profiles, ensuring strength and corrosion resistance. The vertical elements include base anchoring plates, providing stable installation and long-term durability. The front and rear cross-beams are also manufactured from galvanized steel, using laser-cutting technology to achieve precise accuracy and a clean, aesthetic design.

Rear wall
Made of transparent, laminated and tempered safety glass, mounted on the structure with stainless steel supports. The transparency provides lightness, while the materials guarantee safety and longevity.
Roof
A two-layer construction: the inner layer consists of shaped galvanized steel sheet panels, and the outer layer is made of highly durable compact polycarbonate. An integrated central gutter manages rainwater drainage so the area beneath the shelter remains dry.
Lighting
Recessed LED lighting creates a comfortable and safe atmosphere even after dark. All electrical components are housed in an internal compartment, preserving the aesthetic integrity of the design.
Anchoring
The structure is mounted using special brackets and a template designed to prevent tipping or unintended movement, thereby ensuring long-lasting stability.

Since 2011, bus shelters are classified as structural products requiring CE certification, and their design and manufacture must comply with the stringent standard EN 1090-1:2009 + A1:2011.
To operate in accordance with the law and ensure quality, all metal fabrication and assembly work must be carried out by certified companies authorized to work under the EN 1090 standard.

Side glass wall (code 606-PE-O-V)
Transparent laminated glass, stainless steel supports and laser-cut galvanized braces give solidity and lightness to the construction. The base anchoring plate and decorative okumè wood strips add warmth and natural character.
Bench (code 606-PE-O-P)
A robust metal frame made from galvanized profiles combined with an elegant okumè wood seating area – a perfect blend of comfort and design. The bench can be anchored to the ground, making it suitable even for high-traffic areas.

Customization and durability
Standard colour scheme:

• Inner roof and side wall – signal yellow (RAL 1003)

• Bench – silver grey (RAL 7001)

Custom RAL colour and finish options are available to ensure the shelter harmonises with its surroundings. All structural components are coated with thermosetting powder-coatings that ensure resistance to weathering, colour retention and long-term appearance even after many years of use.
