The Io Shelter 3 Modules is a modern, modular public transport shelter designed to create a comfortable waiting experience for every passenger. Its modular construction allows for various configurations, adaptable to any urban environment – from contemporary city centers to historic or residential areas. Creative Design and Advanced Structure

• Load-bearing components made of rectangular galvanized steel profiles, with base plates for secure anchoring.

• All elements precisely laser-cut for accuracy, elegant lines, and a modern design character.

• Top covering made of shaped galvanized sheet metal panels with gently rounded edges for stylish aesthetics.

Technical Features

• Modular Structure: Three-module shelter:

  • Left module (front view) – filled with clear laminated safety glass, mounted with stainless steel supports, framed with a galvanized steel frame and gaskets.

  • Central module – noticeboard with door and special lock, transparent compact polycarbonate facade, lower and rear infill of shaped galvanized sheet, integrated compact polycarbonate roof, and internal false ceiling.

  • Right module – front and rear infill of shaped galvanized sheet, compact polycarbonate roof, and internal false ceiling.

• Lighting: Lighting modules can be installed on the front of the roof; all electrical components are hidden in a special compartment with cable exit through the base.

• Safe Anchoring: Each module is fixed with special brackets and templates to prevent tipping or unwanted movement.

Comfort and Functionality

• Internal bench – ergonomic and comfortable, with galvanized steel frame and high-quality Okumè wood slats.

• Bench and table have anchoring points for stability even in high-traffic areas.

• Short bench (code 604-PE-O-PC) – ideal for compact or narrow waiting zones.

• Additional options: side walls of laminated safety glass, small table (code 604-PE-O-T).

Customization and Environmental Resistance

• Standard structure color – anthracite grey (RAL 7016); bench and table – wrinkled purple red (RAL 3004HR).

Wood:

• Okume wood, hardwood
• Iroko, exotic hardwood. Iroko wood is one of the most popular and durable wood types, which, when selected properly, ensures impeccable aesthetics and resistance to changing climatic conditions. The Iroko wood used in urban furniture is a tropical hardwood, highly resistant to temperature fluctuations, moisture, and winter cold.
• The products are impregnated with oil 3 times or lacquered and prepared for outdoor use. Colors: Available color variants from the manufacturer.
• The thickness of the wooden slats: 3-4 cm and more.

Metal:

• Stainless steel AISI 304
• Galvanized steel. Painted metal (RAL colors from the manufacturer’s provided variants).
• The metal is primed with an anti-corrosive zinc primer and coated with powder paint suitable for outdoor conditions (colors can be chosen from the manufacturer’s RAL palette).

Bolts:

• Bolts and connecting details are made from galvanized steel.

Bus shelter pavilion roof and sides can be made of:

• Tempered glass – safe, impact resistant and weatherproof, ensuring transparency and a modern aesthetic.
• Polycarbonate – lightweight, durable, UV‑ and weather‑resistant, perfectly suited for public spaces.
• Wood – a natural solution that gives a sense of warmth and blends with the environment; usually used alongside metal or glass elements.

Installation / Mounting:

• Small architecture products: metal benches, loungers, stands, bike racks, trash bins, etc., are either concreted into the ground or anchored to a solid base.
