The “Alessandra” bus shelter with side walls is a combination of distinctive design and top-quality materials. Its cantilevered construction ensures not only reliability and durability, but also an exceptional visual lightness that fits modern urban architecture. Creative design and advanced construction
The “Alessandra” shelter structure consists of four vertical supporting elements made of galvanized steel square tubes. Each column has a sturdy base plate with holes for secure anchoring. At the top are five shaped arches, plasma-cut with precision, joined by horizontal beams of galvanized steel. The rear wall is formed from upper and lower profiles, and the central module is a galvanized steel box giving the structure its rigidity. The side walls are made of transparent laminated safety glass with polished edges, mounted into a special frame with sealing gaskets. This not only looks elegant but also protects passengers from wind and rain. The roof is made of smoked, impact-resistant compact polycarbonate which shields from UV rays and is perfectly suited for outdoor use.

Technical solutions — built for long-term use

• Rainwater drainage system: gutters integrated at the front and rear of the roof provide efficient water collection and drainage so that the area under the shelter remains dry.

• Bench: made of galvanized steel, composed of two laser-cut supports and a connecting cross-tube. The seating area consists of 12 round profiles with PVC end-caps, ensuring comfort and durability.

• Safe anchoring: the shelter includes designated anchoring holes to the foundation, so the structure remains stable even in high-usage locations.

Personalisation and durability
The “Alessandra” shelter is available in standard “gunmetal” colour, and can be powder-coated in any RAL colour on order to match the surrounding architecture. The entire structure is coated with thermo-reactive powder paint to ensure weather-, corrosion- and mechanically-resistant performance.

• The metal is primed with an anti-corrosive zinc primer and coated with powder paint suitable for outdoor conditions (colors can be chosen from the manufacturer’s RAL palette).

Bolts:

• Bolts and connecting details are made from galvanized steel.
