The Acaya shelter with side walls features a cantilevered design offering exceptional durability and functionality.

Creative Design and Advanced Functionality
The shelter consists of 2 vertical load-bearing structures with upper arches made of galvanized sheet metal, laser- or plasma-cut; each structure is characterized by decorative ellipsoidal and circular cut-outs. Base plates, in an ellipsoidal shape, are provided with circular holes for anchoring to the concrete foundation; stiffening triangles are welded between the base plates and load-bearing structures. The back wall has a perimeter frame in galvanized angle steel with 2 vertical rectangular steel tube uprights. Side walls feature perimeter frames in galvanized angle steel with transparent honeycomb polycarbonate infill. Roofing consists of a frame in rectangular steel tube profiles, with a front crosspiece in round steel tube complete with PVC end caps.

Technical Features

• Infill: Upper – opaque honeycomb polycarbonate; back wall – transparent honeycomb polycarbonate; side walls – transparent honeycomb polycarbonate, all supported by galvanized steel rectangular tube profiles.

• Rainwater Drainage: Rear gutter for efficient rainwater collection and discharge.

• Bench: 2 supports harmonized with vertical structures, decorative carvings, base plates with anchoring holes; seat with 12 round steel tube profiles, backrest with 9 round steel tube profiles, PVC end caps.

• Safe Anchoring: Holes in the base for secure installation on the ground.

Customization and Durability
Standard finish: “gunmetal”; customizable colors and finishes available upon request. Structure in galvanized steel, powder-coated with thermosetting paint, highly resistant to atmospheric agents and long-lasting.

Certification and Safety
Certified according to EN 1090-1:2009 + A1:2011, ensuring high quality, reliability, and safety.

Bolts:

• Bolts and connecting details are made from galvanized steel.
