Creative design and advanced functionality:
The Acaya shelter consists of two vertical load-bearing structures with upper arch frames made of laser-cut galvanized sheet metal. Each structure features decorative elements – elliptical and circular patterns provide a modern and airy feel. The base is made of an elliptical galvanized sheet with holes for secure concrete anchoring. Reinforcing triangles ensure stability, while the back wall, with a galvanized steel frame and transparent honeycomb polycarbonate filling, provides additional protection against wind and rain.

Technical features:

• Filling: Upper – opaque honeycomb polycarbonate, back wall – transparent polycarbonate.

• Rainwater drainage: Rear gutter ensures efficient water runoff.

• Bench: Long, durable bench with 12 round steel tube seating elements and 9 steel tube backrest elements, with PVC end caps. Main supports are decorated with laser-cut galvanized sheet metal.

• Safe anchoring: Designed with brackets and templates to prevent slipping or tipping.

Customization and environmental resistance:
The Acaya shelter comes in the standard “gunmetal” finish but can be customized in color and finish to blend perfectly with the surrounding environment. Its galvanized steel structure with thermosetting powder coating ensures high resistance to weather and long-lasting durability.

Bolts:

• Bolts and connecting details are made from galvanized steel.
