A model from our product range, with a distinctive focus on the environmentally friendly lifestyle. The seats are made out of certified wood, the table top and the legs are of high-performance concrete with natural aggregate. The concrete is fiber reinforced. The aggregate structure consists of natural marble or granite stones combined in specific colors and sizes. The planks are specially treated, which protects them from rotting and preserves the material’s characteristics over time. The table top has a polished surface and the legs supporting the structure are embossed. Chess, Checkers, Nine men's morris, Backgammon or Ludo fields are made on the table top. Different combinations of games are possible. The colors of the playing fields are determined by the color of the aggregate structure. In order to reduce the deposition of dirt and increase the resistance of the product to aggressive weather conditions, a protective coating is additionally applied to all concrete surfaces. The metal plates used to secure the table top to the legs are covered with ester-epoxy zinc primer and are powder coated. All other connecting elements are made of stainless steel. • Produkta virsma: slīpēta un pārklāta ar aizsarglaku, kas ir izturīgs pret UV stariem, un izskatās kā dabīgais granīts.

Betona apdare:

• Betona izstrādājumi tiek ražoti no C 40/50 klases betona, kas atbilst stiprības prasībām pēc Eiropas standarta EN 206-1.
• Betona daļa – izgatavota no vismaz C 40 klases betona ar dabīgā granīta vai marmora 2-5 mm frakcijas šķembām. Šķembas netiek pielīmētas pie betona virsmas, bet tiek iestrādātas visā produkta struktūrā ražošanas procesā.
• Betona izstrādājumu ražošanā tiek izmantots portlandcements CM II/A-M (S-LL) 52,5N DYNAMIK, kura stiprības klase ir 52,5, un tā sastāvs atbilst PN-EN 197-1 standarta prasībām. Konstrukcijā tiek izmantoti mazgāti pildvielas, šķirotas smiltis un pārbaudītas receptes, kas nodrošina maksimālu betona stiprību (vismaz C 40/50 klase). Betona struktūra pilnībā atbilst Eiropas standarta PN-EN 206+A1:2016-12 stiprības prasībām.
• Virsmas apdare izceļ polēto betonu, kas tiek papildus pārklāts ar UV un ūdens izturīgu laku, radot "Wet Look" (mitrā izskata) efektu. Tas ne tikai pastiprina estētisko iespaidu, bet arī aizsargā galdus un soliņus no vides ietekmes, pagarinot to kalpošanas laiku.
