A model from our product range, with a distinctive focus on the environmentally friendly lifestyle. The seats are made out of certified wood, the table top and the legs are of high-performance concrete with natural aggregate. The concrete is fiber reinforced. The aggregate structure consists of natural marble or granite stones combined in specific colors and sizes. The planks are specially treated, which protects them from rotting and preserves the material’s characteristics over time. The table top has a polished surface and the legs supporting the structure are embossed. Chess, Checkers, Nine men's morris, Backgammon or Ludo fields are made on the table top. Different combinations of games are possible. The colors of the playing fields are determined by the color of the aggregate structure. In order to reduce the deposition of dirt and increase the resistance of the product to aggressive weather conditions, a protective coating is additionally applied to all concrete surfaces. The metal plates used to secure the table top to the legs are covered with ester-epoxy zinc primer and are powder coated. All other connecting elements are made of stainless steel. • Superficie del prodotto: levigata e trattata con vernice protettiva resistente ai raggi UV, che simula il granito naturale.

Finitura del cemento:

• I prodotti in cemento sono realizzati con cemento di classe C 40/50, che soddisfa i requisiti di resistenza secondo lo standard europeo EN 206-1.
• La parte in cemento è realizzata in cemento di classe minima C 40 con finitura in ghiaia di granito naturale o marmo con frazione di 2-5 mm. La ghiaia non è incollata sulla superficie del cemento, ma è incorporata nell'intera struttura del prodotto durante il processo di produzione.
• Per la produzione di prodotti in calcestruzzo viene utilizzato il cemento portland CM II/A-M (S-LL) 52,5N DYNAMIK, con una classe di resistenza di 52,5, e la sua composizione è conforme ai requisiti della norma PN-EN 197-1. Per la costruzione si utilizzano aggregati lavati, sabbia classificata e formule verificate, garantendo una resistenza massima del calcestruzzo (almeno classe C 40/50). La struttura del calcestruzzo soddisfa pienamente i requisiti di resistenza della norma europea PN-EN 206+A1:2016-12.
• La finitura della superficie presenta cemento lucidato esposto, che è ulteriormente trattato con vernice resistente ai raggi UV e all'acqua, conferendo un aspetto "Wet Look" (effetto bagnato). Questo non solo accentua l'impressione estetica, ma protegge anche i tavoli e le panchine dall'usura ambientale, prolungando la loro durata.
• Il colore desiderato del calcestruzzo può essere selezionato tra le opzioni fornite nella galleria del produttore.
